1. Use of Service

Jhalak provides a service that allows users to generate personalized daily status images by overlaying their locally stored profile data onto pre-designed templates. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.

2. User-Generated Content

You retain all of your ownership rights in the photos and text you input into the Service. However, you are solely responsible for the content you create and share using Jhalak. You agree not to create or share content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.

3. Intellectual Property

The original images, templates, branding, design, and software code constituting the Jhalak app are the exclusive property of Jhalak and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software without our explicit permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Jhalak makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included on the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jhalak, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
